Chajin(茶人) means ‘tea person’ or "master of the tea ceremony," referring to someone who is knowledgeable about and practices the art of tea. It is someone who appreciates the beauty of tea beyond just its taste. Our journey began with a simple passion: to embrace the art of matcha tea, not just as a drink, but as a ritual, a tradition, and a way of life.
We partnered with a local tea farm in Wazuka, Kyoto, in Uji-cha the heartland of Matcha in Japan. Here, matcha has been cultivated for generations. Every leaf is shade-grown, hand-picked, and stone-ground to perfection.
