Made from the first harvest of the season for a naturally sweet, smooth, and creamy taste. We partnered with a local tea farm in Wazuka, Kyoto, in Uji-cha the heartland of Matcha in Japan. Every leaf is shade-grown, hand-picked, and stone-ground to perfection.

  • About Chajin Matcha

Chajin(茶人) means ‘tea person’ or "master of the tea ceremony," referring to someone who is knowledgeable about and practices the art of tea. Our journey began with a simple passion: to embrace the art of matcha tea, not just as a drink, but as a ritual, a tradition, and a way of life.

  • What is Okumidori Matcha?

Okumidori is a cultivar of Japanese matcha known for its young, refreshing and balanced flavour. It offers a smooth, velvety texture with an umami-rich depth, natural sweetness, and a creamy, nutty aroma. Grown in the tea fields of Uji, Japan, this matcha delivers a luxurious and indulgent experience — perfect for both traditional tea rituals and modern matcha drinks.

  • What is Ceremonial Grade Matcha?

Ceremonial grade matcha is the highest quality matcha available, made from the youngest, most tender leaves from the top of the tea plant. These leaves are carefully stone-ground into a vibrant green, ultra-fine powder. Traditionally used in Japanese tea ceremonies, it’s meant to be enjoyed on its own with just hot water, so its pure flavour can shine.
